Our house arrest solution comply with orders of the court.

 

In many cases, our clients are ordered to strict house arrest by the court.

 

This is how it works:

 

Client X has been ordered to strict house arrest by the court. GPS Monitoring Solutions will come to the detention center or court house to install a GPS monitoring device.

 

The device will be pre-configured according to orders of the court.

 

We add the clients address to our web based database as an Inclusion Zone. That means that the client is only allowed to stay within the allotted area. See Figure 1 for Inclusion Zone

 

From there we add specific Protocols on who to call in the event of a violation or battery related issues.

 

Generally, we like to specify protocols for strict house arrest violations to sound the internal device alarm the moment a client leaves his/her allotted area. This alarm can only be turned off by us via satellite.

We have the option to make the device vibrate, or better yet, we have the ability to call the client directly on the ankle bracelet via 2 way communication.

With our web based software, we are able to view event history to see compliance and where-about's
of your client. The event history report shows location every 5 minutes for the set time frame. Every 5 minutes, when we check on the location of your client, a flag is placed onto that exact location.

It is understood that most clients will require a report for their upcoming court hearings. We will gladly run a court report with detailed notes for the requested time frames.

For instance, if your client was sentenced to 90 of house arrest, we run a report for that specific time period. Our report will show a complete verification of you clients where-about's for the entire 90 days.
