  • Configuration of Rules

    GPS Monitoring Solutions will follow all orders by the court. We add the clients address to our web based database as an Inclusion Zone.

  • Out of area Defendants

    We provide private monitoring house arrest solutions for out of county / out of State. Many times a defendant has an outstanding ongoing case in the county where they violated & now reside out side that county or even another State.

  • Installation Process
    GPS Monitoring Solutions will come to the detention center or court house to install a GPS monitoring device. The device will be pre-configured according to orders of the court.

    Monitoring

    Our Monitoring Center is staffed around the clock to keep track of your clients. In the event of a violation, a monitoring specialist will call the supervising officer within minutes.


    Pre-Trial Release

    In Pre-Trial release, the court or bond agency may request the defendant to be on specific curfew. We can not only set up curfews remotely but customize up to 350 rules to the defendant's device.
    GPS Monitoring Solutions monitors the defendant's where-about's every 5 minutes.

    Often times the court orders home detention and allows the defendant to go to work. In this case, we set up multiple zones to ensure compliance with court orders.

  • Home detention with alcohol monitoring

    We offer alcohol monitoring with home detention, all in one unit.

  • Reporting

    Reporting/pings of gps devices occurs every 5 minutes of the day.
    Reporting/pings of alcohol monitoring devices occurs every 7 minutes of the day.

    We do not require a landline or anything else. Our devices are self contained. We are committed to provide defendants everything they need to successfully complete their program.
