Device 1 -Victim Notification - Our preferred device
No other device/technology compares. Our victim notification devices is the only one available in the entire United States that offers true victim notification with a "mobile" exclusion zone. Many companies claim to offer mobile exclusion zones, however after testing their technology, the exclusion zones only work if they are pre-programmed into the monitoring center. Device 2 - Offender Monitoring - Our preferred device
FEATURES: Single-unit device for added simplicity -Active GPS tracking -Two- and three-way voice technology offers instant communication with offenders and officers to enable active violation intervention -20 hours plus battery life -Waterproof -Stores data when temporarily out of range- then automatically forwards information when back in range -Tamper-resistant with tamper sensors (fiber optic strap, requires heavy equipment cutlery to cut strap) -Set exclusion/inclusion boundaries -95-decibel siren - Device vibration
Summary
TrackerPAL 2 is the perfect device for home confinement solutions! It is also the perfect device for situations when clients want to protect themselves for false allegations in restraining order matters. This device has capabilities to siren an alarm in the event of a violation. It is also the only device with phone communication capabilities to talk to the person wearing the ankle bracelet. The device will even vibrate to inform wearer that the battery needs recharging. From that point on, the internal battery takes over, allowing ample time for client to get their device recharged.

Device 3
Features: 2 unit device , 1 phone, one ankle bracelet -Active GPS tracking -20 hours plus battery life -NOT Waterproof - only water resistant -Tamper-resistant with tamper sensors (strap can be cut with a regular pair of household scissors) -Set exclusion/inclusion boundaries
Summary
Although this device combination also works via active tracking, the client now has to charge 2 devices in order for this technology to work. Although the ankle bracelet is much smaller than out preferred device, it is easily cut off with a pair of scissors, thus giving the wearer the opportunity to easily cut the strap.

Single Device
FEATURES: -22 hours plus battery life -Waterproof -Stores data when temporarily out of range- then automatically forwards information when back in range -Tamper-resistant with tamper sensors (see summary) -Set exclusion/inclusion boundaries -95-decibel siren - Device vibration
Summary
The worst! Although this device works the same as Device2, the strap on this device is the worst of them all. Client is able to cut the strap and tape cut ends together within 60 seconds to continue connection. This technology allowed a client to cut the strap and place the monitoring device on his dog! Now the dog was being monitored instead of its owner! The monitoring center never notified anyone as the connection was re-established within the 60 second time frame.
